Anna Beaton is a partner in the Atlanta offices of Copeland, Stair, Valz & Lovell, LLP.  Anna focuses her practice in transportation and general liability litigation, including complex, multi-party personal injury and property damage claims in both state and federal courts across Georgia. Anna is a member of the Firm’s Transportation rapid-response team, providing protective accident investigations, quick and early claim evaluations and litigation management to trucking, commercial transportation, and other motor carrier clients.

Anna earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and her J.D from Emory University School of Law. Prior to Joining CSVL, Anna worked at another highly-respected Atlanta area defense firm, where she specialized in Trucking and Transportation claims, gaining invaluable experience handling catastrophic injury and cargo related, specific to the transportation industry. Anna was named to Best Lawyers ® 2022 Ones to Watch List.
