Vincent Grosso is an associate in CSVL’s Charleston office. Vincent practices general civil litigation with a focus on construction litigation, which includes the representation of contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and suppliers. Prior to joining the CSVL, Vincent practiced law at a well-respected Charleston area litigation firm where he gained experience representing contractors and suppliers. Vincent is also a former Judicial Clerk for the United States District Court, working with both the Honorable Margaret B. Seymour, Senior United States District Court Judge for the District of South Carolina, and the Honorable Mary Gordon Baker, Magistrate Judge for the District of South Carolina. Vincent gained invaluable legal research, brief writing, and court procedural experience during his clerkships, providing him a distinctive advantage in his current practice. Vincent is also a dual citizen with France, which brings an international perspective to his practice.
Vincent has successfully represented clients in all South Carolina Courts and before various professional licensing boards. He earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from The College of William and Mary. He received his J.D. from William and Mary Law School, where he was President of George Wythe Society of Citizen Lawyers. Vincent lives in West Ashley, and in his free time he enjoys traveling, cooking, and working on his classic cars.
