Founded in 1970, Copeland, Stair, Valz & Lovell, LLP has a long-standing reputation of not shying away from the courtroom, advising our clients on contracts and agreements, and addressing disputes and legal hurdles during pre-suit investigations all the way through appeal. With over 50 years of experience handling civil litigation, we’ve represented insurance companies, businesses, and individuals offering skilled trial, mediation, and negotiation strategies for successful resolutions. Our practice includes auto, premises, and product liability as well as employment and workers’ compensation cases.
Our Products Liability group offers comprehensive experience in mass tort and multidistrict litigation, covering products like medical devices, pharmaceuticals, construction equipment, and more while providing our clients counsel and support.
Our Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Group provides strategic counsel to deliver successful results for our clients. We advise on coverage disputes, bad faith claims, and extra-contractual exposure, often serving as appellate counsel. Our team combines policy expertise with real-world litigation experience.
We represent medical professionals, institutions, and pharmaceutical companies across the Southeast.
