Lee Weatherly and Kelli Goldstein secured a dismissal for their Aiken, South Carolina orthopedic surgery clients without the necessity of an indemnity payment on their behalf. Plaintiff alleged that Orthopedic Surgeons were negligent in their completion of an open acromioclavicular joint reconstruction, as well as a left shoulder distal clavicle fracture fragment removal causing the surgery to fail. However, after Lee and Kelli presented well-founded arguments to all of the Plaintiff’s allegations, their clients were dismissed without the necessity of an indemnity payment to the Plaintiff.
