Davis J. Diethrich is an associate attorney at the CSVL Charleston office practicing in the areas of Construction Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Professional Liability. He holds a B.A. from Rollins College and earned his Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law where he was awarded Dean’s List Recognition every trimester and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, he served as a Business Fellow and as the Notes and Comments editor for Elon Law Review. Davis was one of three students to have his Law Review Note, “If it Ain’t Broke, Don’t Fix it: Pre-Indictment Delays and Due Process” chosen for publication in Elon Law Review. He also was a Moot Court Executive Board Member and competed in the Regent Law Leroy Hassle National constitutional Law Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining CSVL, Davis worked as a Judicial Intern for Chief Judge Louis A. Bledsoe III at the North Carolina Business Court. In his free time, Davis is an avid golfer and competitor in the Carolina’s Golf Association. He also enjoys backcountry skiing and hiking.
