Emily Binnie is an associate attorney, focusing her practice on Design Professional defense. Emily represents architects, engineers, and design professionals through complex litigation matters. Prior to joining CSVL, Emily represented clients in federal and state court in employment, fiduciary, trade secret, restrictive covenant, and complex commercial litigation, as well as in high-value commercial arbitration disputes. Emily earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, graduating cum laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Central Florida. Emily is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida and has received accolades such as the 2024 Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation All-Star Award for her dedication to pro bono work. Outside of her legal career, Emily enjoys traveling, photography, and learning new languages.
