Jennifer McMahon is Of Counsel in our Atlanta office, focusing her practice on General Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, and Trucking & Transportation litigation. She is experienced in extensive discovery practice, defending her clients as first chair before multiple boards and arbitrators, and providing oral and written legal advice on a range of litigation matters.

Prior to joining CSVL, Jennifer provided employment litigation and advice services to the Social Security Administration where she oversaw all litigation before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Merit System Protection Board, and arbitrators for the agency’s field operations in 11 states.

Jennifer graduated from St. John’s University School of Law and is licensed to practice in New York and Georgia.
