Elizabeth Pritchard is an associate in our Charleston office, focusing her practice on Construction Litigation. She is highly experienced in legal research, drafting, and client advocacy as well as all stages of litigation preparation, including detailed document review, compliance analysis, and case strategy development. During her legal training and early practice, Elizabeth worked closely with attorneys on case preparation, reviewing and organizing files to ensure timely and accurate court submissions. She conducted extensive legal research and analysis, providing valuable insights on precedent and risk to strengthen client positions. Elizabeth has also managed multiple case files simultaneously and collaborated with legal teams to improve case management processes and enhance efficiency.

Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where she completed a concentration in Children’s Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Bar and served as Assistant Article Editor for the Journal of Law and Education. She also represented the school as a Student Ambassador. Elizabeth is licensed to practice in South Carolina
