Plaintiff brought claims against an auto auction after suffering injuries from a motor vehicle accident that occurred while attending a live auction. Because the driver was employed by a third-party staffing company as opposed to the auction house, Lee Weatherly and Kierra Brown successfully transferred liability in this matter from the auction house to the staffing company. This matter resolved without any contribution from the auto auction.
