This Plaintiff brought premises liability claims against a hotel after suffering a fall in one of its recently renovated villas. The Plaintiff filed suit claiming over $50,000 in special damages and medical expenses. Lee Weatherly and Kierra Brown successfully transferred liability in this matter from the hotel to its general contractor of the renovation. This matter resolved without any contribution from the hotel.
