Ariana Benton is an Associate in the Atlanta office, focusing her practice on Construction, Architects & Engineers, and General Liability Litigation. She is licensed to practice in Georgia, the Northern District of Georgia, and licensed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She is a member of the Gate City Bar Association, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA), and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers (GAWL).

Prior to joining CSVL, Ariana practiced in commercial & complex litigation where she successfully defended corporations in many commercial litigation, product liability, premise liability, and employment law cases. She is experienced in defending clients in cases amongst state and federal courts, and participating in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations, providing crucial support and improving case outcomes. Ariana has performed thousands of conflict-of-interest searches and uncovered key concerns to inform strategic decisions for new clients. She has also orchestrated conflict resolution discussions with partners and strives to improve efficiency and minimize risk in all matters.

Ariana received the Premio Augusto Monterroso Exemplary Foreign Language award at the University of Alabama, where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science. While attending Emory University School of Law, she was a member of the Emory Corporate and Business Law Society, Anti-Corruption Law Association, Black Law Students Association, and the Legal Association of Women Students. Ariana received her Juris Doctor in May of 2020.
