Samaria Henry is an associate in the Atlanta office focusing her practice in Trucking and Transportation litigation. She is licensed to practice in Georgia.

Samaria recently graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law where she was on the Managing Board for the Georgia Law Review from 2024-2025, and the Editing Board from 2023-2024. She was also active in the Student Bar Association as 1L Vice President and the Community Service Chair.

Samaria held many roles throughout law school. She’s worked as a paralegal, summer associate, intern, and extern to law firms and judicial courts. She’s conducted research on legal issues, statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to the matters before the court, and drafted memos, briefs, and orders to assist in case resolution. She is experienced in preparing court orders, recommendations, and reports on various matters before the court as well as drafting contracts, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and franchise agreements. Samaria has also created a public guide on using the Georgia Open Records Act to obtain government documents.

Prior to going to law school, Samaria earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University, graduating summa cum laude. Outside of her legal career, Samaria enjoys Broadway musicals, gardening, and learning Spanish.
