Christainah Iluma is an associate attorney in the Atlanta office focusing her practice in Construction, Architects & Engineers, and General Liability litigation.

Prior to joining CSVL, Christainah practiced civil litigation in in Duluth, GA. She’s participated in all phases of litigation, including depositions, mediations, and trial preparation. Christainah’s experienced in preparing, drafting, and arguing motions in state court, providing legal support to clients, ensuring case strategy is aligned with client goals, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. Christainah has also performed detailed redlining and legal analysis to ensure alignment with regulations and internal policies, as well as advised compliance teams on legal interpretations and translated regulatory changes in clear, actionable guidance.

Christainah graduated from Florida A&M University College of Law in May 2023. She was an active member of the National Bar Association Women Lawyers Division, Black Law Students Association, Tax Law Society, and Immigration Law Society. In 2020, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and concentration in African American Studies.

Outside of her legal career, Christainah enjoys cooking and trying new recipes.
