Nicole Lane is an associate attorney in our Charleston office. She focuses her practice primarily in general liability and construction defect work.

Prior to joining CSVL, Nicole attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and received her Juris Doctor in 2025. While in school, Nicole was a graduate research assistant, the secretary for Women in Law, an Articles Editor for the ABA Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Journal, and a member of the Mock Trial Bar. Before attending law school, Nicole gained legal experience as a paralegal with a small local firm.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business & Hospitality Management from the College of Charleston in 2019, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior from Lingnan University in Hong Kong in 2020. Nicole is licensed to practice in South Carolina.
