Zachary Warfel is an associate in our Atlanta office, focusing his practice on General Liability litigation. He’s licensed to practice in Georgia and the Northern District of Georgia.

Prior to joining CSVL, Zachary has represented private entities and insurance carriers in various civil litigation matters. These include transactional matters, commercial construction and construction-defect matters, trucking and transportation, automotive liability, medical malpractice, nursing home liability, premises liability, and products liability matters. Zachary is experienced in performing complex legal research, drafting legal memorandum, and handling matters from pre-suit through settlement, trial, or otherwise disposition.

Zachary graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2018 before attending Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court before becoming a Moot Court Chair, and he received the CALI Excellence Award for Legal Writing. Zachary graduated 21st in his class and received The Excellence in Appellate Advocacy Award in 2021.

Outside of his legal career, Zachary enjoys traveling and spending time with his chocolate lab, ensuring they expend all their energy!
