Annah Hillary is an associate in the Charleston office, focusing her practice on General Liability and Construction Litigation. She is licensed to practice in South Carolina, with eligibility for admission in all UBE states.

Annah graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 2025 where she was a member of the First Generation Lawyers Association and the Business Law Association. Prior to law school, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Law Studies. Her undergraduate thesis is published in Northwestern Law Review Journal.

While in law school, Annah worked in-house as corporate counsel for a Fortune 500 company. Here, she drafted, reviewed, and analyzed commercial contracts across supply chain, R&D, procurement, and marketing sectors for the company, excelling in corporate transactions. She was staffed on two large acquisitions of companies during this time.  She also conducted legal research and due diligence to assist the company on legal and operational issues associated with vendor and corporate agreements and regulatory compliance under state, federal, and international laws.

As a summer associate, Annah drafted corporate formation documents and transactional agreements including complex trusts, prenuptial agreements, and real estate contracts, focusing on tax strategies involving multi-entity structures. She also led large-scale document review and case synthesis for regulatory and compliance investigations and produced client-ready reports and memorandums on corporate governance and risk issues for clients at an AmLaw 100 firm. Her experiences as an intern associate and summer associate give Annah a unique and well-rounded perspective to support her legal clients.
