Caitlyn Scofield is an associate attorney in the Atlanta office. She practices premises, auto, and general liability litigation.

Caitlyn previously practiced Real Estate litigation in both residential and commercial real estate. She’s experienced in all aspects of litigation including research, case analysis, preparing and filing legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs in court, and organizing evidence, preparing witnesses, and strategizing for presenting cases in court. Caitlyn has conducted classes for real estate agents, providing legal resources and education for her clientele. She also ensures communication with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and providing legal advice throughout the legal process.

Caitlyn attended the University of Georgia, graduating in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She then attended Georgia State University College of Law where she was a member of the Investor Advocacy Clinic. Through this clinic, she presented an analysis of regulations and their effect on retail investors to the Securities and Exchange commission. Caitlyn graduated in 2019 and is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.

In addition to her legal career, Caitlyn is a member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, Professional Women in Building, and a volunteer with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
