Austin Headrick is an associate attorney in the Atlanta office. His practice focuses on premises liability, professional & management liability, and commercial litigation. Austin is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.

Austin has represented clients in business, probate, personal injury, employment, and medical malpractice litigation prior to joining CSVL. He’s experienced in negotiating agreements, drafting prelitigation demands, and advocating for his clients through all stages of litigation. 

Austin attended the University of Georgia School of Law where he was heavily involved with the Georgia Law Review as a published author and as its Executive Symposium Editor. He also earned experience working for state and federal governmental agencies, helping represent criminal defendants and researching international legal issues.  Austin was recognized as top of the class in his Secured Transactions and Advanced Legal Research classes and graduated cum laude in 2024.

Austin loves to travel and spend time with his rescue cat, Juno.
