Chase C. Graham is an associate attorney at our Atlanta office, focusing his practice on Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith litigation, Architects & Engineer Defense, and Construction litigation. Chase is experienced in construction litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense, with significant experience handling matters involving first party and third-party insurance claims and corporate collections. He represents an array of clients, including policyholders, insurers, and private businesses, and guides them through every phase of litigation, from case evaluation to settlement negotiations and trial.

Chase earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, Wherein he participated in the Prosecution Clinic, where he prosecuted cases on behalf of the State of Georgia in both Gwinnett and Cobb county, worked as a Law Clerk for Hicks, Massey & Gardner, LLC., and worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Baradaran, J. Alton Hosch Associate Professor of Law. Before attending law school, he graduated cum laude from the University of West Georgia with a degree in Political Science.

Chase lives in Acworth, Georgia with his family and enjoys hiking and golfing.
