Hayley M. Kehner is an Associate Attorney at Copeland, Stair, Valz & Lovell as a part of our General Liability and Architecture & Engineering practice groups. Prior to joining CSVL, Hayley practiced family law where she litigated complex and high asset domestic matters. Before entering into private practice, she served as a Staff Attorney for Chief Judge Lukemire at the Houston County Superior Court.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Presbyterian College, where she competed in Division I Cross Country. She later pursued her Juris Doctor degree at Mercer Law, where she was an active member of the Student Bar Association, and a member of the Bootle Inn of Court. She also served as a Research Assistant to Professor Creswell in Tort Law, and received accolades such as the CALI Award in the Social Justice Lawyering Seminar. Throughout her career, Hayley has strived to be an attorney who not only deeply understands the law, but deeply understands her clients as she understands both are essential to success. Beyond her legal career, Hayley is an active parishioner at The Cathedral of Christ the King, and she enjoys running, baking, and traveling with her husband.
