Jennifer is an Associate in the Chattanooga office of CSVL. Jennifer’s litigation practice is concentrated in general liability defense, including premises liability, product liability, and automobile liability. Jennifer also routinely advises and defends insurers on insurance coverage and bad faith actions.

In her previous position at a Chattanooga-area firm, Jennifer practiced a wide variety of litigation including wrongful termination, medical malpractice, conservatorship and executorship petitions, personal injury litigation, and managed product liability matters. Jennifer earned her J.D. from Nashville School of Law, where she was on the Dean’s list. Prior to a career as an attorney, Jennifer was an officer with the Chattanooga Police Department, followed by a 17-year position with the Chattanooga Housing Authority Police Department. Jennifer’s previous career experience has provided her with invaluable investigative skills that aid her current law practice.

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Appalachian State University and her Master’s degree in Public Administration/Public Safety Management from Walden University. Jennifer is on the board of directors of the Tennessee Camp for Diabetic Children, having supported the organization for 5+ years. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved German Shepherds.
