Kevin C. Lawkins is an associate attorney in our Atlanta office, focusing his practice on General Liability litigation and Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith. Prior to joining CSVL, Kevin developed expertise in appellate litigation, federal procedure, and complex substantive law as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals, covering a broad range of civil and criminal matters. Kevin graduated with honors in the top 10% of his class at Emory University School of Law. He received the Dean’s Awards in Legal Research and Writing and in Legal Advocacy and he was also recognized for the best brief in the Emory 1L Moot Court Competition.
