Support Staff
Kirsten King is an associate in the Atlanta office, focusing her practice on Health Care and Trucking and Transportation Litigation. Prior to joining CSVL, Kirsten practiced in personal injury litigation and mass torts after graduating from The University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, she served as Events Chair for OUTLaw, organizing fundraising events for causes such as Susan G. Komen, Suicide Awareness, and gender-affirming healthcare. A member of the prestigious UGA Law Moot Court Team, she was a semi-finalist in the Intramural Moot Court Competition and Octo-finalist in the Prince Evidence Competition. In her second year, Kirsten was a Judicial Extern at Athens-Clarke County Juvenile Court and contributed to Family Treatment Court projects and created a community-access website for juvenile services. She was also a Judicial Intern during her third year for Justice Bethel of the Georgia Supreme Court where she assisted in editing and spading majority opinions, conducting legal research, and working closely with the judge and staff.
Beyond her legal career, Kirsten is an avid world traveler having visited or lived in 45 countries and 6 of 7 continents. She has a keen interest in the study of history and linguistics and is proficient in Spanish and German and has a degree of knowledge of Russian including handwritten and typed Cyrillic. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, motorcycle riding, kickboxing, and spending time with her two rescue dogs.
