Lauren Martin is an associate attorney in our Charleston office practicing medical malpractice and hospitality and retail liability. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina and returned to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. She is a member of the Order of Coif, a national legal honor society in which only 10% of students in graduating classes are eligible. Lauren is also the recipient of multiple CALI awards in Criminal Procedure, Data Privacy, Coastal Law, Evidence, Criminal Adjudication, Health Law & Policy, Federal Courts, Police Law & Policy, and Interviewing, Counseling, and Negotiation. While in law school, Lauren participated as a member of the University of South Carolina School of Law Mock Trial team and served as the Associate Justice of Community Relations during her 3L year. Lauren is admitted to practice law in the State of South Carolina and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
