Lauren M. Spencer is an associate in the Atlanta office, focusing her practice on construction litigation and the representation of architects and engineers. Before joining the firm, she represented insurance companies and their insureds in complex bodily injury litigation. She assessed liability exposure under insurance policies and state law, developed defense strategies, and guided clients on risk mitigation. Lauren also drafted pleadings, conducted depositions, and represented clients in mediations and settlement negotiations.

Lauren’s experience includes litigation strategy, legal research, drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment. She’s experienced in diverse legal systems, including tax liability, insurance defense, and regulatory compliance. Lauren earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and is licensed to practice in Georgia.
