Lilly Cushman is an associate attorney in our Charleston office, focusing her practice in Health Care litigation. Lilly is licensed to practice in the State of South Carolina, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  Prior to joining CSVL, Lilly practiced as a litigation attorney in Massachusetts.

Lilly earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Suffolk University Law School with a distinction in Health and Biomedical Law.  While in school, she authored a case comment that was published in the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law.  She also served as a Comment Editor on the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law and was awarded Jurisprudence Awards in Criminal Law (2021) and in Constitutional Law (2022) and received an Honorable Mention for Best Legal Brief Award in Legal Practice Skills (2022).

Lilly earned a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude, in Political Science and a minor in philosophy from the University of South Carolina.
