Luke is a seasoned litigator with a broad range of experience. He has represented corporate clients — including national banks, insurance companies, and product manufacturers — in state and federal court across a variety of practice areas. He has also represented individual clients in personal injury matters involving catastrophic injury and death. Luke concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, professional liability, business litigation, construction litigation, and transportation and motor carrier law. 

Luke received his undergraduate education from Flagler College where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in English (B.A., 2002). He earned his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law School where he graduated magna cum laude (J.D., 2009).

Luke is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and Georgia, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.

Luke is a Chattanooga native with strong ties to the Chattanooga community and bar. He is a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Federal Bar Association (Chattanooga Chapter).

Outside of work, Luke enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, and exploring Chattanooga and the surrounding area.  His greatest individual passion is the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Luke trains regularly and believes strongly that the principles learned in Jiu Jitsu benefit him personally and professionally.
