Molly Simbeck is an associate attorney at our Chattanooga office, specializing in commercial litigation, professional liability, and construction litigation. Molly obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with cum laude honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2017. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business with magna cum laude honors from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2014.

Throughout her career, Molly has secured multiple dismissals via summary judgment and motions to dismiss, showcasing her skill in effectively advocating for her clients’ interests. Her dedication to legal scholarship is evident through her previous role as Articles Editor for the Tennessee Law Review, and she has also received the CALI Award in Law of the Workplace.

Beyond her legal pursuits, Molly enjoys reading and indulging in true crime podcasts. She cheers for both the Tennessee Vols and Boyd-Buchanan football teams and values quality time with her family.
