Molly Simbeck, a senior associate attorney in our firm’s Chattanooga office, specializes in design professional liability and construction litigation. Her practice centers on representing architects and engineers in design defect disputes, handling cases involving property damages, contract damages, and catastrophic personal injury in Tennessee and Georgia. Molly’s expertise extends to defending attorneys and accountants in malpractice actions in both states. Molly also specializes and has years of experience in general commercial litigation, transportation and trucking, premises liability, and insurance coverage.

Throughout her career, Molly has provided effective legal representation to her clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations facing a variety of legal challenges. She has obtained favorable outcomes for her clients through pre-litigation support, settlement, dispositive motion practice, and trial.

Molly earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with cum laude honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2017. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Beyond her legal pursuits, Molly is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her family. In the fall, you can find her cheering for the local Boyd-Buchanan football team as well as the Tennessee Vols.
