Morgan is an Associate Attorney at CSVL Charleston practicing Construction Litigation. She joins us following a one year Judicial Clerkship with Judge Bentley Price after graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2023. During law school, Morgan was a member of the Mock Trial Bar where she was an All-Star Bracket and National Challenge 2021 Competitor, a National Trial League 2022 Competitor, and a Finalist in The Judge J. Lyles Glenn, Jr. and Terrell L. Glenn, Sr. Competition. She also co-authored a legal article titled, “The Trouble with True Threats” which was published in the University of Baltimore School of Law’s Media & Ethics Journal. Morgan’s educational accomplishments include Dean’s List Scholar for multiple semesters in law school and graduating magna cum laude with her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina.

When she’s not practicing law, Morgan enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading a good book on the beach, and traveling.
