Parrish Nordan is a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has extensive experience in IP law, patent prosecution, and commercial and general litigation.  He practices construction litigation, general liability, design defect and represents clients in intellectual property law matters.  He represents general contractors, architects and engineers, and other design professionals.  In his practice, Parrish strives to provide sound legal advice from a practical perspective. 

Parrish earned his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law, where he served as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Fellow.  Prior to law school, Parrish attended The University of Alabama, where he earned a B.S. in biology and political science.  He is an active member of various legal associations including the American Intellectual Property Law Association, American Bar Association’s Section of Intellectual Property Law, and the South Carolina Bar Association Intellectual Property and Innovation Committee.  He is also a member of the Charleston County Bar Association. 

Parrish is an avid supporter of The University of Alabama Athletics, and he enjoys outdoor sports and activities as well as spending time with friends and family.
