Pooja is an associate in the Atlanta office, focusing her practice on Architects & Engineers liability, General Liability, and Construction Litigation. She is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.

Prior to joining CSVL, Pooja worked in complex litigation and insurance coverage. She’s drafted pleadings and motions for auto tort litigation matters and tort liability cases, prepared, conducted, and defended discovery depositions, and has represented clients at court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. She ensures effective case strategy and resolution by communicating regularly with clients, claims adjusters, and opposing counsel. While in law school, Pooja prepared for a legal career as a law clerk and summer associate. She gained experience in civil litigation for both state and federal court matters, such as medical malpractice, premises liability, and business litigation. 

Pooja graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia in 2024, where she was President of the South Asian Law Students Association and a Chief Investigator for the Honor Court. She received a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University in 2021.
