Rosalyn Y. Mintah is an associate in our Atlanta office, focusing her practice on General Liability and Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith. Rosalyn’s previous experience background in high-volume litigation as defense counsel for a large insurance company gives her a unique perspective and approach to our firm. She has handled a broad range of cases including personal injury, premises liability, and workers’ compensation. She developed legal strategies for discovery, trial, and settlement while advising clients and claims professionals on risk and litigation outcomes. She’s also experienced with navigating litigation
from intake through trial by conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and defending clients in hearings and mediations.

Rosalyn earned her Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law, where she served as President of the Black Law Student Association and participated in volunteer programs such as Lawyers for Literacy and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. She enhanced her legal education through international law studies in France and the United Kingdom, including a specialized summer program on Wine Law and trial competition experience. Rosalyn is also a certified mediator for New York Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, and is licensed to practice in Georgia and New York.
