Sana Hamidi is an associate attorney in our Atlanta office. She focuses her practice on Commercial Litigation and Professional & Management Liability matters. She is admitted to practice in Georgia and New York and is fluent in French, English, and Arabic, with advanced proficiency in Spanish, German, and Portuguese.
Sana graduated with Honors from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, earning a Doctor of Law and a Master 1 in International and European Business Law. She obtained a Master 2 in International Business Law from Paris Dauphine University with a semester abroad in Queen’s University in Canada. She completed her studies with an LL.M. in American Law from Saint Louis University School of Law. While in law school, Sana contributed over 80-hours of Pro Bono services through Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network and St. Francis Community Services assisting war refugees requesting Asylum.
Sana is experienced in business law, contracts, compliance, and international arbitration. She assisted in an FCPA arbitration against a global bank and prepared pleadings for claimants and affiliates. She also conducted sanctions screening for international parties and reported those findings, as well as drafting and negotiating internal contracts. Sana represented companies in multi-million-dollar arbitrations, drafted cross-border pleadings, and delivered multiple presentations to Fortune 500 executives on U.S. and EU Sanctions. She’s experienced in reviewing complex commercial and technology contracts in connection with U.S. class action litigation.
