Xiaoya is an Associate in the Atlanta office specializing in Trucking & Transportation, Health Care, and General Liability practices. Xiaoya is a member of the Georgia State Bar and an alumna of Emory University School of Law where she was an articles editor for the Emory Law Journal. Prior to joining CSVL, Xiaoya was a plaintiffs’ Labor and Employment attorney, specializing in representing federal employees. In this role, she successfully secured a $98,000 settlement for her client in a disability discrimination case, and defended a client’s federal career by reducing the client’s proposed removal charge to a written reprimand. When she is not practicing law, Xiaoya enjoys board games, Pilates, and exploring the coffee shops & restaurants of Atlanta.
