Paul Sperry co-instructed The Carolinas Construction Defect Law Update Webinar in conjunction with Themis Advocates Group on January 29, 2020 in Scottsdale, AZ.  This program was designed to update insurance carriers on changes to North and South Carolina’s laws regarding construction defect.  Topics covered anti-indemnification statute revisions, including contractual and equitable indemnity.  Additionally, the webinar examined the Economic Loss Rule, Apportionment of Liability and recent insurance updates using recent cases in the Carolinas as examples.

Paul is the managing partner of the South Carolina office of CSVL and a frequent presenter at seminars where he teaches a wide variety of construction law topics.
