CSVL Sponsors Southeast Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women’s (SETLAW) Ladies of Justice Event – August 25, 2020
Copeland Stair Valz & Lovell, LLP is proud to sponsor SETLAW’s annual event honoring female members of Tennessee’s judiciary, Ladies of Justice, on August 25, 2020. Keeping with the times, this year’s program will be presented virtually and moderated by the SETLAW board members, including CSVL’s Erin Gomez. The event has been approved for one hour of dual CLE credit with the State Bar of Tennessee.
Participating Judges include Judge Sherry Paty, Chattanooga City Court; Judge Christie Sell, Hamilton County General Sessions Court; Chancellor Pamela Fleenor, Hamilton County Chancery Court; Judge Marie Williams, Hamilton County Circuit Court; Judge Shelley Rucker, United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Tennessee; and Judge Susan Lee, United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee.
SETLAW is a nonprofit, professional organization whose members include female judges, in-house counsel, private practice attorneys ranging from solo-practitioners to members of large firms, public service and governmental attorneys, as well as female attorneys who are not currently practicing law. The organization is committed to furthering the role of women in the law and in the local community.
