CSVL is excited to announce that Partner Matt Wayne has been nominated and selected to join the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CSLA).

The CLSA is an invitation-only, select honorary society made up of top construction lawyers from around the world. Membership is highly selective and limited to 1,200 practitioners world-wide. Fellows are chosen based on their work in construction law, their leadership in the field, and their professional reputation and results in litigation, negotiations, and contract drafting. The CLSA brings together attorneys who represent every corner of the construction industry. Members include lawyers handling both transactional and litigation matters in residential and commercial projects, covering issues on a national and international scale. They work with developers, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, suppliers, and sureties.

Matt’s selection reflects his passion and success in construction law and for his clients. He guides clients through complex challenges in construction, from negotiating agreements, vendor contracts, and handling pre-trial disputes to representing clients in court and arbitration, and his work helps keeps projects and clients moving forward. This honor is recognition of his individual achievements and commitment to supporting the construction industry and related entities.
