The Brock-Cooper Inn of Court was established by a core group of Chattanooga judges and attorneys led by former Hamilton County Circuit Court Judge W. Neil Thomas, III. The Inn is dedicated to promoting civility, professionalism, and ethics in the legal profession while fostering legal excellence, sharpening the skills of its members and mentoring the Inn’s associates.
