Lee Weatherly, Kristen Thompson, and Kierra Brown recently secured a settlement for a multi-state corporate client in a claim related to an injury sustained outside one of its properties in Hampton County, South Carolina.   Plaintiff alleged defects in the design and maintenance of the property but in less than three months of discovery, Lee, Kristen and Kierra mounted such a forceful defense of the case that Plaintiff happily accepted an amount less than 1/3 of his medical damages to resolve the case – far less than it would have costed our client to defend the case to trial.
