Lee Weatherly and Kelli Goldstein secured a case dismissal for their Charleston, South Carolina Oncologist without the necessity of payment on his behalf. In this case Plaintiff alleged that the Oncologist was negligent in his handling of her cancer treatment and engaged in a conspiracy to withhold her medical records. Plaintiff claims that the alleged negligence and actions of the Oncologist cost her over a half a million dollars in damages. However, after Lee and Kelli skillfully deconstructed the claims made by the Plaintiff, both in written discovery and with lengthy depositions, the entire lawsuit was dismissed without any payment to the Plaintiff.
