Lee Weatherly and Caroline Niland secured a dismissal for their Charleston, South Carolina Orthopedic Surgeon and Occupational Therapist clients without the necessity of an indemnity payment on their behalf.  In this case, Plaintiff alleged that both the Orthopedic Surgeon and the Occupational Therapist were negligent leading to him suffering from an infection of the surgical incision on his hand. He claimed their negligence led to extensive medical treatment and lost wages. However, after Lee and Caroline forcefully contradicted every claim made by Plaintiff’s expert, both in discovery and with their own defense experts, their clients were dismissed without any indemnity payment made.
