Lee Weatherly, Kristen Thompson, and Kelli Goldstein secured a dismissal for their Columbia, South Carolina gastroenterology client without the necessity of an indemnity payment on their behalf. Plaintiff alleged that the Gastroenterologist was negligent in their performance of an endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography procedure causing damage to the Plaintiff’s bile duct necessitating the placement of biliary drains .
