Lee Weatherly represented the wife of a U.S. Navy diesel mechanic in a disputed liability moto vehicle accident filed in Charleston County State Court. In this case, the Plaintiff alleged that our client disregarded a traffic light and failed to yield the right of way to her, causing the collision.
