Doug MacKelcan and Lacey Houghton obtained a dismissal of claims by a homeowner and contractor against a real estate appraiser client.  The homeowner and contractor were involved in a lawsuit regarding the scope of work and work completed in a renovation project, and they both brought claims against a real estate appraiser involved with the financing of the project.  After extensive discovery and a motion for summary judgment, the parties agreed to dismiss our appraiser client with prejudice.
