Lee Weatherly secured a dismissal for an infectious disease specialist without the necessity of an indemnity payment on his behalf. Plaintiff alleged that negligence by the infectious disease specialist led to an infection of his shoulder prothesis, requiring multiple revision surgeries.  However, Plaintiff was forced to eventually abandon those claims at the conclusion of discovery.  The insurer for the infectious disease specialist was not required to pay any funds, and the matter was dismissed against him with prejudice.
