Following directed verdict on Plaintiff’s SCUPTA claim, a jury ruled in our client’s favor on all remaining causes of action asserted by the Plaintiff following a one-week trial in York County, SC. The evidence and argument presented by CSVL’s defense team led the jury to conclude that the Plaintiff’s claim of a manufacturing defect did not cause Plaintiff’s steering-related failure but was instead consistent with impact damage.
