Lauren Turner successfully defended a dump truck driver in a bench trial in Bradley County, Tennessee after two lawsuits were filed and consolidated for purposes of trial. In the case, two plaintiffs (a driver and passenger) asserted the dump truck driver made an improper right turn, causing an accident and resulting in injuries and property damage. After hearing from all parties, a witness, and the investigating police officer, the Judge found the Plaintiff driver caused the accident.  The Judge dismissed both lawsuits.
