Associate Pamela Bispo da Silva returned from Fulton County with a judgment for the firm’s property management company client on a tenant’s claim to recover damages for failure to repair. At trial, Pam successfully showed the Court that all of the issues Plaintiff complained about were either resolved by repairs, never reported to management, or the tenant’s responsibility under the property lease. The Court entered judgment for Defendants.
