Patrick Norris and Jordan Teich recently won summary judgment in a multi-million dollar civil conspiracy case against their civil engineering firm client.  The case arose out of an underlying probate lawsuit and complex property/easement disputes.  Distilling the complexities down to a few key dispositive arguments, Patrick and Jordan convinced the court that the plaintiff could not prove his conspiracy claim against their client.  Their client was completely dismissed, saving the client significant legal fees and eliminating any future exposure.
