Doug MacKelcan and Skyler Wilson’s client was sued for defamation, invasion of privacy, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and conspiracy arising out of claims he participated in a politically-motivated dissemination of the plaintiff’s private information.  The client had no involvement in the allegations, and Doug and Skyler used a combination of early offensive discovery and motions practice to obtain dismissal of every claim, and avoiding costly rigorous discovery and trial.
